Our Grits range, coming from the woody ring, the hardest part of the corncob is considered as a soft abrasive for soft metals and wooden surface.
Our products are suitable for cleaning of different surfaces such as buildings, houses, bridges, electrical conductors, electric motors, electric generators, diesel engines, antiques, etc. For your information coarser the granulometry is, more important the abrasiveness will be.
Withstand to attrition while remaining a soft abrasive. This advantage makes our products economical as it can be used 4-5 times without dust.
Grits have the same hardness as iron, 4.5 on Mohs scale
Avoid dust generation in process ensure important risks reduction of inhalation toxicity by operators.
Excellent flowability improving the handling of the product.
Corn cob is a vegetal material so no sparks produced during the surface treatment it means our products can be used close to electrical appliances
